Structual Fire Protection
FyreWrap is an easily installed, lightweight, passive fire protection material for marine structural fire protection. FyreWrap is certified by DNV, MCA, Lloyds, ABS and USCG to meet IMO FTP code requirements for structural fire protection. FyreWrap fire protection products incorporate Insulfrax bio-soluble calcium-magnesium-silicate high temperature insulation fibers, as core thermal insulation.

Insulfrax fibers are recommended for continuous use at temperatures up to 1000°C (1832°F) and are characterized by, low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance, lightweight, and superior corrosion resistance. FyreWrap fire protection products are typically pre-finished with a tough foil facing and supplied in rolls to minimize wastage.
